Visit zizka.ai and click "Sign Up"

You'll be taken to the registration page

• Phone Number with Country Code

Verify Your Email

You'll receive a 6-digit verification code in your email

Connect Your Tools

After verification, you'll see the Connect page (Integrations). Turn the toggle on for each tool you want — e.g. Notion, Gmail, Calendar. For Notion, you must also share each page or database with the integration in Notion (Share → Add connections). See the Notion section in this doc for the full step-by-step.

Pro Tip: If you signed up with Gmail, your Gmail and Google Calendar will be automatically connected!

Always Confirms Before Acting

Every mutating action (create, send, delete, update) shows a one-line summary first. Reply yes to execute or no to cancel. Read-only actions (list, fetch, view) run instantly with no confirmation needed.

Correct Inline Before Confirming

If the confirmation shows something slightly off, just say "yes but make it Friday" or "ok but change the title to Q1 Review" — zizka.ai updates the action and shows you the corrected version. No need to start over.

Act on Listed Items by Position

After listing items, reference them by number: "list my Notion pages" → "archive the second one". zizka.ai re-fetches and acts automatically. Works across Notion, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, and HubSpot.
